‍All made-to-order jewellery is created specifically for the customer based on design specifications. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded unless the item is faulty.

‍A non-refundable deposit is required before work commences. The balance is due upon completion or prior to delivery.

‍Made-to-order pieces typically take between 4-6 weeks to be completed, depending on the complexity of the design. Delays may occur, and customers will be notified of any significant changes to the expected completion date.

‍Every piece is handcrafted to the highest standards, but slight variations in design, size, and finish may occur due to the bespoke nature of the work.
